Dear Lord, we thankyou for this very moment Your saints can gather before the throne of grace. Lord,Your adopted praise You for keeping our brother and president george walker bush in the whitehouse for 4 more years. Lord,we thankyou for the enduring strength and safety you gave george walker bush and all of the saints on this prayer ministry as we endured the lies from the left. Lord,we pray that You will bless this great land and the election results will be a mandate for a more godly goverment and a nation more honoring to You. lord,we pray for the continued safety for george walker bush,laura bush,jenna bush,barbara bush and the executive branch. Lord,we pray for all of the defenders of freedom,may the be safe in Your hands and allways battle evil with courage only given from heaven. Lord,we pray for all of Your saints,may they constantly be strong in the knowledge of Your saving Grace.

Ro 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. A primary qualification for serving God with any amount of success, and for doing God's work well and triumphantly, is a sense of our own weakness. When God's warrior marches forth to battle, strong in his own might, when he boasts, "I know that I shall conquer, my own right arm and my conquering sword shall get unto me the victory," defeat is not far distant. God will not go forth with that man who marches in his own strength. He who reckoneth on victory thus has reckoned wrongly, for "it is not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts." They who go forth to fight, boasting of their prowess, shall return with their gay banners trailed in the dust, and their armour stained with disgrace. Those who serve God must serve him in his own way, and in his strength, or he will never accept their service. That which man doth, unaided by divine strength, God can never own. The mere fruits of the earth he casteth away; he will only reap that corn, the seed of which was sown from heaven, watered by grace, and ripened by the sun of divine love. God will empty out all that thou hast before he will put his own into thee; he will first clean out thy granaries before he will fill them with the finest of the wheat. The river of God is full of water; but not one drop of it flows from earthly springs. God will have no strength used in his battles but the strength which he himself imparts. Are you mourning over your own weakness? Take courage, for there must be a consciousness of weakness before the Lord will give thee victory. Your emptiness is but the preparation for your being filled, and your casting down is but the making ready for your lifting up.

Thank You, Lord, for the great victory, in sudden-death overtime, that You have given us. Thank You for hearing our pleas, for overlooking our shortcomings, for giving mercy and grace.

Thank you for the sacrificial actions of the people of Ohio and elsewhere. Ohio is a state which lost more jobs than any other, and yet the good people there voted principle above bitterness. That took integrity and courage.

Thank you for the sacrificial actions of the Swift Vets and other Vietnam veterans. Suffering ingratitude and slander once was not enough, these men braved it yet again in order to serve their country one last time. And this time they saw it through to victory and vindication. We speak healing on that generation of noble soldiers.

Thank you for exposing our dishonest media, which keeps our nation locked in the status quo. Due to the confrontation between darkness and light during this campaign, the media as expected played true to form, only this time it could not get away with it as before. Thank you for the freedom we have on the Internet to disseminate the truth quickly and widely.

Thank you Lord for doing far beyond that which we ask or think. We had asked that the election would turn on truth and vision. Little did we imagine that character and moral values would become THE single largest issue driving the campaign, literally driving President Bush back into office. You have rewarded Your servant most generously, and heartened us all.

Thank you Lord that You aroused Your church as never before to get out and vote Your man into office. An estimated 4 million more Evangelicals came out and voted than in year 2000.

Thank you that the stronghold the secular Party has had on Catholics has been strongly damaged, to such a point that the spiritual battle has been taken right into that Body, dividing those who are serious about their faith from those who are merely nominal. Judgment begins in the house of God; we pray that Your gleaning would have its full effect.

Thank you that the percentage of Jews voting for the Party of faith, the Party of Israeli support, increased dramatically this year, and that most of that increase was evidenced in the younger generation. There again, strongholds are being torn down.

Father God, we asked for these things, but considering the opposition we had in the media and due to a difficult war situation, we did not anticipate that You would respond so powerfully. I trust we have learned an important faith lesson from this experience. Please help us to walk at a higher level of faith and effectiveness, for the challenges ahead will demand that we do so.

Now that values and morality and faith are the Big Story, give Your people the tongue of disciples. This is an opportunity to rescue those destined for destruction, to convert the lost. A window of opportunity has opened that we dare not miss. Prepare us in the beauty of holiness to be equal to this task. There is much work to be done, particularly among minorities.

And give our courageous and selfless troops the victory they crave abroad. We bless the nascent democracies in Iraq and Afghanistan, and ask Your protection and guidance for them. Help all who cry out for truth and freedom, especially Your persecuted.

Please protect the president and all those who are close to him, because more than ever I am convinced that this man is central to much of Your workings in our time. We are indeed blessed and thankful that You have raised him up for such a time as this. Please frustrate and confuse all ungodly opposition to Your holy and perfect will.

Thank you, Lord, for the encouragement of the Body assembling together for edification. Be glorified in our midst, through Christ Jesus, by the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father,

My heart overflows with thanksgiving and praise, for Your intervention in this election has taught us faith. As your servant Paul said long ago, "If God be for us, who can come against us?" Lord, You showed us that President Bush could be hit with lies and slander from the press, the networks, the democrats, Hollywood, Europe, George Soros, terrorists, anarchists, and all sorts of dangerous and powerful people...and yet he remained standing after all the attacks.

Thank You for sending those of good will to the polls, to vote in massive numbers. Thank You for foiling the attempted fraud that would have stolen the election.

Most of all, thank You for giving us a godly and decent man to serve as leader for our nation for the next four years. May we be deserving of the favor You granted us.
