There's probably no oil in the Hamptons. So let's pump oil in Malibu and run a pipeline to the Hampton's where we'll put the new refinery!
Of course, we don't want to inconvenience the loyal Midwest. We'll run the pipeline up the coast, across Canada, and down the Atlantic coast through the heart of New England!
