In all seriousness, while Israel will still get blamed, at least (1) they allowed him to leave; and (2) he didn't expire on their turf.
Exactly. It shows the moral superiority of the good guys, in this case Israel. Israel let the man leave to seek treatment. Had the situation been reversed, Arafat wouldn't have done the same. Regretably, too many freepers on this thread think more like Arafat than Israel.
