In fairness, the anti-war people that I know, do not support the suicide bombers in any way shape or form. They might be wussies, but they're consistant wussies. Just kidding about the wussy thing. The truth is that my social circle is comprised largely of medical people, and pacifists tend to be over-represented in those professions.
Have them pay attention to the interviews on Pacifica Radio and NPR sometime.
It is not a "popular" thing to say but many will spout this rhetoric when they believe they are among like minds.
Look at the antiwar protests. The photos remain as evidence.
It was largely an "antiAmericanWar" protest movement. There are 34 conflicts going on in the world. How many are being actively protested around the world? A PEACE protest should be aimed at both sides of a conflict.
Where were the antiSaddam PEACE protests?
