What kind of work? What we are looking at is a radical social reform, akin to bringing the Old South out of Jim Crow. Can we look at this in a way other than a need for sweeping cultural change?

Otherwise, we're reduced to running out Dan Evans RINOs to win, and that's a hollow victory at best...
