Here's my theory, for what it's worth:
"reaching out" to the libs means basically completely changing your opinion to match theirs. No compromise.
If Republicans don't compromise, then WE'RE the hatemongers. They won't consider giving in a bit on THEIR demands.

This is the first time in 100+ years the we have a second term president and every other branch of government. The people voted for this. Now they EXPECT our representatives to push the conservative Agenda..
Look, we've tried it their way since LBJ, now it's time to do it the way Conservatives have been preaching...filibusters must be on the floor, not a quick vote and out. Judge get filled - NOW. If Democrats act like they did in Texas and try to hide out to avoid a quorom, it's an act of treason and we replace them with even more R's...
