Richardson is as shifty as they come. In retrospect, that photo of him and Rice Butt all alone in that NM restaurant last week, where Richardson had that *scared* (sort of Belushi) look on his face, lends GREAT insight. My guess is that Kerry was talking to Richardson about a quid pro quo of a Cabinet position for possible, last minute, needed, BUTT-DRAWN VOTES. Do you know which photo I'm talking about? It was a "caption this" photo. Richardson looked as guilty as they come. Between Richardson and Donna Brazille lie countless untold manufactured, fraudulent votes over the years.
