I'll further go on to say that today's uncommon "graciousness" on his part is an early act in a desperate effort to save his Senate seat.

I certainly agree with that! Thankfully, he didn't exhibit such character during the campaign. But, I think his seat is safe. If the Mass voters didn't kick out Teddy after he killed a woman, they sure aren't going to unseat this miserable piece of crap with whom they largely agree.

Kennedy was a Kennedy.
Being "a Kerry" carries no such cachet.
And if the "Forbes" connection is fully exposed, people
might get further disturbed.

But suppose the MA voters discover that JfK cost them the
honor of having another MA POTUS because he lied to them
about his personal history? They might resent that.

Kerry's senate seat wasn't up for grabs this time. But who cares, it's only his day job, ($150,000 per annum), pocket change. He hardly bothers to show up.

I don't understand. Are you saying that there is nothing anyone that is not from Mass. can do? What this POS does affects all Americans.
