All of this talk about tax reform skirts the issue of spending reform. The only reason the IRS is so intrusive is that the congress has sent them at us to satisfy congress's appetite for our money.

Cut the spending and the IRS's reason for being is diminished.

Tell your representatives to change the tax laws, they are the ones who created them.

Aha, good point which I mentioned at the start of the thread. When every American feels the pinch of April 15th every time they spend a dollar, can heat on Congress and the administration to reduce spending be far behind?
