"That you physically altered the name of the unit to make it appear as if they were a militia indicates dishonesty. In your case it is part of a long pattern of dishonesty from fabricated court cases to extraneous material passed off as decisions to fake battles that never happened and, just like all of your previous fibs, you adamantly refuse to own up to the mistake even after getting caught. You're a filthy liar and it's showing yet again."

"There you go again." Liars like you are so predictable.

A source you use, the Handbook of Texas Online, uses this phrase:

"On March 26 his men fought a spirited battle with Colorado militia at Apache Canyon to the east of Santa Fe. Two days later a larger battle was fought in Glorieta Pass (see GLORIETA, BATTLE OF) between federals led by Col. Maj. John M. Chivington and Texans commanded by Col. William R. Scurry."

What was the "Colorado militia" in action at Apache Canyon? The 1st Colorado Volunteers!

You lose.

Nice try, capitan, but an erronious reference to them as a militia does not change the fact that they were a federal unit any more than your attempt to alter the name of that unit did.
