Remember, now comes the hard part. We've got to get something done. We have about an 18-20 month window, realistically speaking, to push some initiatives. And let's not forget that these people won't go away. They'll still be a lot of opposition to Bush in Congress, particularly in the Senate on judicial nominations. One thing 'Rats don't do is quit. They'll keep on fighting, just as we should. Let's save our strength and seize the initiative while we have some momentum.
