I've heard about similar experiences. I'm from western PA and have only been there in suburban areas, which were fairly nice.

Pittsburgh is smaller and has it's own issues but I suspect in all, it's a much more pleasant place.

This was my thought all last night. The MSM is just so disgusting at times.

But if the number of outstanding Absentee Ballots is less then the margin of votes between Bush and Kerry, or not that much greater, then will anyone count them at all? I'd like to know how close we came to carrying Pennsylvania, but I'm afraid we'll never really know that.

I'm disappointed with the lack of winning Wisconsin, though. Had we won it, then we wouldn't have needed Ohio, and this whole thing would've been over last night. And WITH Ohio, Bush would have 296 Electoral Votes, an even more stunning Electoral victory. Ah well, I'll just have to learn to be happy with 286, assuming Ohio, New Mexico and Iowa are ever actually CALLED for Bush!
