Ok, lets be real here... Lets just say there are 175,000 Provisional ballots, and lets just say for the sake of argument 90% are valid, well that makes 157,500 provisional ballots to be counted....

Kerry's down by 144,000+... does anyone honestly believe that of those 157,500 provisional ballots that 91.43% of them are going to go for Kerry? Be serious.

This is unacceptable and just more proof why Kerry is unfit to ever lead.

That's also not counting the military ballots which are going to be 80% Bush.

Most of those provisional ballots won't be counted. The outside of the sealed envelope contains all the voter's pertinent information. Only if the ballot was cast by a legitimate voter that for some reason wasn't on the voter rolls (or couldn't show ID if 1st time voter) will those votes count at all.

The possiblilty that the election offices screwed up that royally are nill.

Most of the provisional will be people who weren't registered or moved and didn't change their registration. And those don't count. Or at least they're not suppose to.
