Well, if the story about 2 new OBL tapes is true- one welcoming Kerry and one condemning us for electing Bush- and apparently stating that our punishment is thus now justified----I would look for their planned "hit" on the US to come about fairly soon.
If the rumors are true, Al Jazeera should soon be broadcasting the new OBL tape/video/whatever.

Last week's OBL tape was played on Aljazeera on a regular programme called 'Today's Harvest', after being trailed on their website
If another tape is going to be played today on the same programme we'll know in 20 minutes, as the programme starts at 3pm EST according to Sky.
