come on, thats just a "faces of death" urban legend . . . isn't it?
I'd be saying the same thing if I had gotten this from a friend of a friend of a friend over a mass e-mailing, but this came from a friend who had traveled to China with her husband on a medical conference. She was afraid of how her children would react, but she said they held it together until they got back in private. I have no reason to doubt her. There have been other posts in the last few hours that confirm it as well.
