I'm inclined to agree, but there remain some disturbing elements that rely on knowledge of potential targets. I don't know if we can discount them completely, but I doubt that any real plans would be discussed so cavalierly, even in code, if they knew someone had a chance of seeing it.
On the other hand, they may have access to info and be stupid enough to be bragging about it as a tease to anyone who might run across them.

Are there any arabic/aramaic translators (free) online? I only found the typewriter thanks to someone's earlier post, but haven't played around with it much.
