Reading On...I am very confused. This is a poor write up.

"The International Zone (formerly known as the Green Zone) is the heavily guarded diplomatic/government corner of central Baghdad that houses Iraqi citizens, Coalition partners, and U.S. forces. Not to muddy up the forum, but I found this write up a little disturbing:
