Do you have a power of Atty for the health info privacy act filed on your hubby's chart?(you must if you've been updated by phone until now.) Just tell them it's already on the chart and you have been updated by phone until this point. The nurse probably hasn't looked over the chart yet and wasn't well briefed by the previous shift. If you can't get anywhere ask that the nursing supervisor call you.
