Please forgive me Oorang, reviewing your posts has driven my mind into hyper drive and I'll lay out the intial summary. Please everyone fill in the blanks and if I don't attribute something to someone, please forgive. I gotta go with the flow and haven't taken the time to properly attribute. However, the thread exists so the history is there.

This discussion appears to reference another video since the full Oct 29 OBL has been posted on the web for several days now. While Al-Jazeera has it on hold, AQ can by pass if need be to notify its cells via internet.

First half of paragraph is a notice to observe operational security and not discuss the operation in the open. It was suggested by one of the TM'ers that SH stands for Secure Host. It is a likely interpretation from the context. The part begining with "the dragon blew fire, shakes the sand" is still speculative and I'll throw my two-bits and suggest that if revealed, the US could counter strike desert targets with bombs.

The first sentence is strangely poetic, but I think a translitration would suggest the following :
Over her lips passes Septar as a nectur
What is Septar, one TM'er found that Septar could represent Shell Exploration and Production, Technology and Research, a division of Shell Oil in the Middle East. Thus there is a possible link to the petrochemical industry and to oil. Thus the "oil" is the nectur. Her lips would be a reference to the US.
The last part of the first sentence "on a lawn of golden jewels" reminds me of what a large petrochemical facility looks like at night!
However, it appears that the terrorist couldn't stop there at leaving clues for his cohort. "Tip of the EarthX passes And She bled", the capitolized letters spell out TEXAS
Finally, lets review a couple of key points from OBL's video.
1. He wants to strike at a RED state. 2. He wants to strike at the US economy
Texas is the home state of the President. It is a RED state. It is home to a substantial petrochemical industry. Multiple strikes that damage/destroy a substantial portion of those facilities would send gas prices rocketing. Recently, the hurricanes damaged some of our Gulf petroleum facilities - causing a shortage that worsened a global shortage.
