Ivel, KY (AP) -- A gas line explosion Monday morning in an eastern Kentucky subdivision injured several people including a state trooper. At least eight people were injured when a 4-inch line carrying natural gas liquids to a processing plant exploded in the small town of Ivel about 8:30 a.m. EST. It left four homes heavily damaged, said Stacy Floden, spokeswoman for the Kentucky Emergency Management Agency.

Previous message sounds like a leader trying to pump up someone who's having second thoughts. At the end, "days of 4", in a message posted on 11/5, seems to reinforce 11/9 as a target date of some kind.
I felt the same thing. Right now, I am printing out the entire first message before the "green" message. Green is probably money. Is that your take?
That's what I was thinking. It sounds like someone is having second thoughts, or looking for a way to get out of an operation.
