We hope to have a contract negotiated and signed next week or soon thereafter and we'll begin the actual ticket sales as soon as we can after that. Watch for our announcement in the sidebar and a FReeper Ball thread.
By the way, if anyone has any ideas about what our overall theme, design and graphics, etc, should be, please feel free to post your suggestions. Kristinn is in charge of the project and Mama_Bear, Ironman and others are helping.
