Anyone know if Amtrak takes you near where it would be? I really don't want to drive into DC (from outside Philly).

The Union Station Amtrak stop puts you about 25 blocks from the hotel. Metro's Red line stop at Union Station will take you to the Dupont Circle stop--about four blocks from the hotel--for $1.35. Or you can cab it for about $7 or so.
