How do you officially purchase tickets to the Inaugural Ball? Thanks in advance.
No pajamas, please. The thought of seeing me and other FReepers I know in pajamas scares me.
We'll be posting a separate thread for Ball sales/details. We're still putting the final touches together.
LisaFab, I salute you for not being a ball gown procrastinator like me. We are gonna have a great time, Lisa! Will Ed and Daryl be coming down, too? It'll be great to see you all again!
:-)
Libertina at the ball..... what a pleasant vision.
Might be worth a trip to the left coast.
Great, now I can buy a dress :-)
Thank You for all you are doing, it is appreciated.
((sweet))
Hey, I'm single and dateless for this event, but count me in! It will be just me, but I'm ok with that!
What a beautiful area (Bucks County) Have friends who own a golf course in Limerick.
You're no fun anymore.
bump for later.
Whoopee!
Darrell is coming and foot-Freeper Ed is 90% sure. We're also bringing a couple that was with us at the last ball, plus a cousin of mine who's never been to DC.
Has the 'daughter of' selected her school yet? The invite is still open should your trek take you through CT.
Hi Jim!
I am so glad about that... kids should be involved! My daughter is going to be one year old... can I just keep her with me the whole time? She LOVES music :o) Also, is the price $175 per person?
Thank you SO much for doing this!!!
Oh come on! The first few trips are only reconnaissance!!
Thanks
I eventually obtained 5 tiockets to the Capitol South 5 for the parade blachers at 7th and Pennsylvania and 5 for the Constitution Gala which was the first one attended by the President - and more importantly for my son - the only one attended by the Bush twins.
Viewing the photos it seems like everyone had a great time at the Freeper event though. Shame we couldn't go to both
