I concur with your analysis!
I LIVE IN CLEVELAND AND ACTED AS A CONTESTER ACCROSS TOWN IN A 100% GORE PRECINCT IN 2000. THE VOTE TOTALS IN THIS PRECINCT WERE 1080 REGISTERRED VOTERS 443 VOTED REGULAR BALLOT 50 VOTED PROVISIONAL BALLOTS FOR TOTAL. THIS IS A LESS THAN 50% TURNOUT FOR HEAVY DEM AREA IN A GOV'T HOUSING PROJECT. I THINK IT LOOKS OK FOR BUSH
Double the pleasure.
There are 200k provisional ballots. If the Bush victory is less than that, expect the counting of those to be litigated until the end of time.
and Wisconsin?

FOX PROJECTS OHIO FOR BUSH!!!
Way to go! It's about time someone called Ohio. This is seriesly hugh!
FOX just agreed with you!
Looks like you were right - FoxNews has called Ohio for Bush. Now..... as for Wisconsin - your thoughts? ;-)
Thanks for the eyewitness report! Good for you for going into the Belly of the Beast to serve that way during this election!!!!
Brit Hume et al are now discussing Ohio in detail, as to whether a recount or credible challenge could be mounted if Kerry makes a clean sweep of the remaining swing states. Kristol thinks the margin of Bush's victory will be substantial enough to withstand any challanges or recounts. Hume pointed out Cuyahoga county must have just sent in more returns, as Bush's lead went from 130k to 103k. But as milwguy pointed out, that county is the last gasp for Kerry. The others (I'm taking your word on this, milwguy) will only ADD to Bush's total. So it looks GOOD, really good. But it ain't quite over yet.
