I heard about it in Hamilton County so, that should go Republican so it is equal.
They hold them open in Multnomah County, Oregon -- liberal stronghold. Last election it was 1 1/2 hours longer! They make sure the liberal urban area out votes the rural Oregon conservative areas.
If you need 3000 votes Multnomah Co. will get it for you. Sweet deal (for the Dems.)
