With panhandle still voting:

4.5% precincts
B: 60.2%
K: 38.8%

Question - where are those 4.5% of precincts?!?

I'm guessing that the Florida panhandle will go AT LEAST 3 to 1 for Bush! Lots of military and retired military out there plus some good solid conservative citizens (might even go 4 to 1 for Bush?).
