And if you do the math based on the current Palm Beach ratio, sKerry will pick up about 100,000 more there. It's still nowhere near enough to pull an Algore. FL is going to Bush and there's nothing the 'Rats can do.

"Iowa drives me crazy!!!!!"

Me too... And my parents just moved there from CA because CA was getting too liberal and too exspensive to live in. They were both born in Iowa. I tried to warn them! *-)

Yes that would be about right. 60% Bush. With have 96 elected official in Seminole County. 93 are republicans.

2nd in gross income in FL
#1 schools.
Less roadway congestion because of a progreesive road building plan that County Voters approved.
Top 5 job growth in FL.
Low unemployment

Amazing how well the government runs under GOP control. You get top schools, low unemployment, low taxes, etc.

Palm Beach is going big time for Gore (er, Kerry) as expected, but they are losing time to make up new ballots: Almost 80% reported now, they can only cheat 20% of their 2000 total.

Bush still leading in the state.

I'm cautiously agreeing with you -- Bush has a 4.2% lead in FL and I betting that Polk and Seminole counties Bush majorities will pretty much offset any further Kerry gains in Palm Beach county? Looks like a Bush win by about 3 points + by night's end?

Florida is over its looking like 200K+ and Seminole and Polk aren't in yet. They will go overwhelmingly for Bush.

FL, OH, WI, NM and CO will put Bush at 280. Alaska is another definite with 3 and Hawaii is still in play. I don't see it being close enough anywhere for sKerry to even bother with lawyers.

I'm thinking of going to bed soon. This thing is over.

Yes I just saw that! Where is Dixie and Highlands Counties? I am projecting that this race is over. Not enough votes in Palm Beach for Ferry to catch up.

Volusia 63.1% 61,231 68,289 63 200 32 11 14 523

Okay, I got bored. But I see Miami-Dade, Polk, Pasco, Pinellas, Sarasota, and mebbe Volusia as trouble potential. Lots of transplants. Volusia, around Daytona Beach, may have tipped left. Ditto Polk, which is a poorer area, and Miami is usually the root of all evil in Florida.

Just my two cents.

Yep that's what I'm watching, refreshing the page very frequently. 85% of Miami Dade reported now and Bush still in the lead!

President Bush has won Florida.

The remaining 22% of Palm Beach County can't bring it close.alm Beach 78.0% B:137,853 K:221,885

Fox News is saying that Bush seems to be doing as expected in the first couple glimpses of Ohio, too.

Still--it looks good. Don't take that the wrong way. Polk and Volusia have been fairly Republican despite dollar demographics. There are lots of holdouts that are probably playing it smart, waiting for Miami to declare, before they put up their numbers.

I don't see how those creative vote counters in Palm Beach county can pull it out for Horseface now. The spread is almost 240,000 votes and I doubt PB county can create more than another 100,000 vote margin for Kerry without becoming the new base for the entire FBI and Federal Elections Commission (investigating voting fraud)!! Seminole county is showing a plus 31,000 vote margin for Bush and Polk county will break to Bush (how much??). Don't forget the 100,000 absentee votes waiting to be counted in Miami-Dade county (big plus for Martinez, no big advantage to either Bush or Horseface).

It's about time to call Florida for BUSH!!!!!
