Actually, I ended up in the ER in 2000 the day the Florida SC tried to rewrite Florida law to hand it to Gore (aged 39 at the time). Fortunately, there was no heart attack, just chest pain brought on my prolonged, acute stress. I say, just drink (but don't hold me to that).
Drink heavily, and then check vital signs. Call me if things don't improve. :O)

You're probably just nervous, and the muscles around your chest are tightening.
Unless you are experiencing nausea, shortness of breath, or pain that radiates into your left arm, you're probably fine.
step away from the computer, lower stress level, take a walk. Everything is going to be ok.
