California was never on the radar screen, but having lost Oregon by less than 1% in 2000....it would have been a nice win.
Something tells me Kerry WILL concede rather than launch a legal fight. He has seen how that turned out for that lunatic Gore and what a has-been he is now. Kerry will probably still want to salvage his senate career.
