I used 'Commit' lozenges after trying everything else in various combinations. I am proud to say I now have 13 months cigarette free. Smoked 'em for 30 years.
You can do it...I talked myself into quiting after smoking for about 30 years....have been off them now for 13 years...you to can do it. Hang in there
