I'm declaring President Bush the winner too. If you just add up the states that haven't been called yet that Bush is already leading in, you have 280 electoral votes. And this is not including most of the Western states that haven't even started tabulating votes yet.
I'm thinking that Bush will go over 300 EVs easily...
