Those numbers you see are with Philly being reported and whole lot of the rest of the state NOT reporting yet. Hang in there. Look at the actual vote numbers so far. There aren't that many, so that 70% looks bad, but really isn't.
did they leave the Penna polls open an extra 1 1/2 hours - or just western Penna?
