The colors for all the states are based on current votes that are tabulated. It doesn't mean a state is called. As precincts report in the colors can change accordingly. They have NY blue with a 13000 kerry total to an 8500 bush total.

They posted something now for NJ with 27% reported:

Kerry 54%

Bush 45%

C Spam has called it for Kerry. But I would wait until the fat lady sings.
