Well I didn't give up my vino....I quit smoking for 3 and
1/2 years and started back up in July...so today I decided
to stop the smokes again....doing OK but this election is
making nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DON'T DO IT!
I quit once for 3 years, started again in a stressful time..Quit again, started again....quit for the last time 11 years ago.
Like AA..all it takes is one.
