All I heard all fall was that exit polls are bunk when turnout is high. Now all of a sudden exit polls are all anyone can talk about? The MSM is making one last election season attack.

(*/TMZ) - the state resides in two time zones and the polls close at the same local time (i.e. the polls in the time zone further west close one hour later).

(TMZ1/TMZ2) - the state resides in two time zones and the polls close synchronously

# - a portion of the state may have poll closings at a later time.

07:00pm - New Hampshire - permits its 13 cities to keep their polls open until 8 PM EST by local option.

07:30pm - North Carolina - allows its County Boards of Elections to decide whether to keep polls open until 8:30 p.m. EST

08:00pm - Kansas - Most polls in the State close at either 7 pm or 8 pm local time in the Central Time Zone by local option; the remaining polls in the Mountain Time Zone close at either 6 pm or 7 pm local time by local option.

They've got to have something to talk about till they get some real vote totals in.
