Personally, I think they're trying to get Kerry ahead in the EVs by waiting on WI and possibly NM, then take a good long break "waiting" for provisional votes to be counted in NV and IA, all the while trumpeting a "commanding" Kerry EV lead.
Foz is ignoring the Nevada issue.
Not sure where I heard it but 6,000 absentee votes were counted and they were too tired to continue. They will do so tomorrow and ON FRIDAY will then tackle the provisional ballots.
