One might expect that some time in the near future, CBS and probably
60 Minutes will have one of those exploitive xenophobic paranoid/delusional documentaries on the Religious Right and "Christians" in America. Expect a focus on the loonier fringe of apocalyptic sects, con artist faith healers, "Christian Identity"(aka "Aryan") cults, and other exotica. Perhaps a replay of antisemitic charges hurled at Mel Gibson.
Expect renewed Christian bashing as with the Militia/David Koresh hysteria of the Clinton/Reno era.
