Dumdum Peter Jennings just now interviewing a guy in charge of Ohio elections. He said the 'provisional' votes can't be counted till 11 days AFTER the election.
If the person ahead tonight doesn't have MORE votes than the total provisional uncounted votes, they can't call the election!!
