this explains the skewed results.
I saw this on Drudge. Most men will vote when they leave work.
Now think REAL hard; what does that tell you?
Women in my office, who haven't voted yet because of the long lines this morning are voting about 90-10 in favor of Bush here in Central PA.
Women were oversampled because they are more of them able to vote throughout the day, the ones that aren't working.
Bush is going to win.. If it's a marginal Kerry lead now, late afternoon voting is going to be ALL BUSH.
Because the Unions are all off work voting in droves in the morning.
How can that ratio be the same in all of those states originally mentioned?
Drudge should pull this crap, it's just upsetting/confusing.
I disagree. This sheds new light on the numbers and everyone needs to see it.
Deliberate attempt by someone in the media to suppress GOP votes. There needs to be an investigation of which news agency released the info and why AP released such a skewed result in its first wave of data.
I feel so calm...those make the numbers look good for Bush!
LOL!!!!! I almost lost my coffee on that one.
You are exactly right. If Kerry is barely ahead in a 60/40 women/men poll, he is dying.
After all the BS from the last election, I can't believe the media would even report such biased numbers. I hate to say it, but we need to think about banning exit polls. Seriously.
However, since the polling doesn't correspond to the actual voting population, these results are not likely to be very representative of the whole voting population.
We'll see. I am still sticking to 400+ in the Electoral College.
I GET IT! I was just trying to tell you the likely reason that all these folks are starting new threads. Lots of people are in a panic...tensions are high...and folks are eager to get any new info out there. I was just figuring it didn't do any good to jump on them for doing so when they couldn't do as you suggested.
You are so right. If the president is polling that well with a sample so far skewed with female voters, then the president is doing VERY WELL
IMO, none of these early exit polls are worth warm spit.
can someone use those numbers who knows what the general public ration of men to women voting and extrapolate, some number person.
This was a deliberate attempt by the media. What a pathetic ratio.
Damn 19th Amendment!!!
