To: Dog Gone

It is a backdoor sneaky tax move. Ammendment 2 started out as a way you remove some segregationist language from the constitution. Nobody would have objected to that. Then someone added removing the language "No one is guaranteed an education at public expense". This would permit equity funding lawsuits to be won by the plaintiff putting school taxes in the hands of judges. In Alabama tax increases require public vote, we would lose that on education issue, if # 2 passes. Free College tuition would follow.

It's an insult, I'm sure you'll agree, to provide at taxpayer expense what the rest of us has planned, sweated, and labored to provide for our own families.

Hellen Keller notwithstaning, Alabama should not join into the socialist movement.
