El Rushbo ping!
Ohio voter here. Massive turnout in traditionally Republican Butler County. I have never seen lines to wait to vote. We also had a state amendment to define marriage which has got to help because 70% of the state voters agree with the current definition of marriage.
Give em h*ll, Rush.
Voted in Forsyth County GA (North Forsyth, New Hope Methodist Church Polling Place). Was distressed to see NO line.
Talked to the poll worker and she said turnout was great. They were lined up beginning at 5:00am this morning. Over 1/2 of precinct voted already. Not counting early and absentee voting.
We are a very, very GOP County. State not in play, but doing our part to give Bush his mandate!
No exit poll data until 2 PM per the Maharushie...
Rush made an error. Daschle LOST his lawsuit on every issue except license plate tracking.
Thanks for the thread.
I am office bound..no cube.
I am on the phone with people and it is hard to keep the streaming live going at the same time.
GO RUSH ...WE love ya'!!!
I stood outside the Polling place where I vote from 6Am today until 11Am, holding up a sign reading, "VIETNAM VETS AGAINST JOHN KERRY".
At 11AM, because 6 people bought me coffee...without me asking...I had to finally go inside...and then cast my vote...for George W. Bush.
From all those who responded to my sign, I would say Bush was making a killing at this location, however, there were many who just stared blankly at my sign.
I got 10 insulting comments, and over 500 positive hand waves and smiles and horn blows.
Can someone direct me to the Mellman article. I have some libs here that don't believe me about it.
Just voted...whew!!!! Turnout is heavier in SC it seems. Stood in line 2 hours. In 2000 I only waited 45 minutes tops.
Hey sy,
Just voted in Vickburg and the poll folks said our turn out is "massive."
I hope it's enough to elect Clinton LeSeuer.
MS belongs to Bush.
Boy - Rush is talking like a machine gun today - totally wound up...
The market it coming back some. Must have got the word these Kerry lead numbers are garbage.
A HIGH-LEVEL BUSH CAMPAIGN AIDE [Ramesh Ponnuru]
is pouring cold water on the Drudge "exit-poll" numbers. Points out that the first round of exit polls in 2000 had Bush tied in Colorado when he ended up winning by 9 points. The numbers appear to be unrepresentative samples, also, with a disproportionate number of women. Aide says he feels "pretty good" about OH and FL, Wisconsin is "close," and Iowa "very good." (Drudge, btw, has some Senate numbers up now, showing Thune, Coburn, and Demint up for the Rs, and Castor and Salazar for the Ds.)
