Check out NBA commissioner David Stern's campaign contributions:

"Commissioners: Go figure. USA WEDNESDAY found the NHL's Gary Bettman made no donations, while MLB's Bud Selig gave $5,750 — split between Republicans and Democrats. The NFL's Paul Tagliabue also split his $47,000. But the $196,500 given by the NBA's David Stern doesn't just make him the biggest-spending commissioner. With $159,000 from Stern and his wife going to Democratic candidates and causes, they are the survey's second-biggest donors to that party — trailing Baltimore Orioles owner Peter Angelos and his wife, who gave a total of $340,700."

What's an NBA? Is it like that organization that used to play basketball?
