In Vandalia, just North of Dayton, OH it is rainy but not hard at this hour. (Now 9:15) It sure didn't stop the voters from coming out. I had to wait in line an hour. I've never waited for more than 3 or 4 people in front of me before. I arrived at 7:00 AM and got out at 8:04.

Northeast Mississippi; we are having a hard rain and have been for the last hour. Voters had to have an umbrella and the lines are longer than ever before.
