Voted in beautiful Tallassee, Alabama. Very heavy rain this morning here. Record crowds at my polling place, and all the local stations are saying there's record turnout everywhere! Overwhelming for Bush!!!! Almost every truck leaving my polling place's parking lot had a Bush/Cheney sticker! WhooRah!!!!

Wish I could say the same here in Connecticut, I live in Naders home town and I haven't seen a sing for anyone but Kerry. (Although I did see one for Bush but it didn't last a day.)

Checking in from Columbus, Ohio Franklin County! My son (first time voter) and I just voted for "W". While standing in line some rat with a sign around his neck which read "know your voting rights" informed us to be patient. He said all polling places were reporting long lines. We stood in line for 1 1/2 hour but what I noticed when I got in there there were only three machines and the room at the school was small and they were somewhat disorganized. I overheard a poll worker saying that they were trying to get some more machines in.

In the past we would have 4-5 machines with an average wait of 30-45 mins during the early rush time. There were quite a few young voters, but in my opinion it seemed to be about avg for their age group. The avg age looked to be between 30-50 age range. Just an avg. Rain is starting to move in now. Starting to sprinkle as I speak. At first glance it looked like a large early turn out, but by the time I voted the only line there was were the folks who were there behind me from the early rush. Behind them their was not another person waiting in a long hallway. Moreover, I did not see anyone else coming in as I was leaving.

There was no one standing outside on either side with signs and etc.

Later on 4 more votes for "W" not including my kids friends and their families.

"W" Will Win OHIO!!!!

For the troops!
