A TO THE POINT HEADS-UP
I had a conversation with Bill Middendorf earlier today. Bill was the Secretary of the Navy from April 1974 to January 1978. I got to know Bill well when he was Ronald Reagan\'s Ambassador to the OAS and we worked together on support for the Contras.
Bill has agreed to publicly state that to the best of his knowledge and recollection, John Kerry was dishonorably discharged from the military and fought to have this reversed while he (Bill)was SECNAV, which Bill of course refused to do. When Carter became president, Kerry secured the honorable discharge from Bill\'s successor.
The OTH (Other Than Honorable)discharge story has been out for a while, but for a former Secretary of the Navy to confirm it is major news. WorldNetDaily will be headlining it, as should the Washington Times tomorrow, and possibly Drudge. For some reason, Drudge, whom Jerry Corsi (coauthor of Unfit for Command) just talked to a few minutes! ago, is resisting. I also gave the story to Neal Cavuto at Fox.
I thought all TTPers should get a heads-up on this.

Heck if it doesn't get to the Presidential race in time....maybe it will affect Kerry's Senate re-election in a few years!!!!
Much too late. Sorry won't help at this point
I agree - way too late - should have been out there on Drudge last Thursday. Coming out now will look like a dirty campaign trick and could backfire on Bush.
God did not part the Red Sea when Moses wanted it to happen! God parted the Red Sea in his time, not before and not afterwards, but right on time!
There's a huge difference between "Other Than Honorable" and "Dishonorable". Any info on exactly what it was?

You're late, you're late, for a very important date...Nov. 2nd.
The real tragedy is this story was buried all these months. We could end up with the most dishonorable president ever. But I don't think it will happen.
Middendorf will be in violation of the Privacy Act if he publicly states that Kerry was given a Dishonorable.
The best Middendorf can do is publicly vouch for the men who are trying to make this claim and ask for Kerry to sign the Form 180.
Well, SH*t let me just sit here and do nothing.
Or here is drudges email address

We can all send it to our address book if it is good to go.
I'm saying that this should have played in september. Swiftys have done a great job, but this should have piggy backed on their momentum. We havent heard that Kerry served in Vietnam in several weeks.
Yes!!!!!
Great work, but too late to help?
I hope that the people of the United States of America, the country that I know, will never elect such a Treasonous Traitor as President.
If they disappoint me, I guess we will just have to learn to deal with a TTPOTUS.

Way to go!!!!!................closer, closer, warmer, warmer, we're getting closer, very warm now, very warm, closer........GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!! Let's not quit till we're smokin'!!!!!!
Something wrong here. I seem to have read that officers don't get dishonorable discharges per se. They essentially get a hole in their record where the honorable discharge is supposed to be. This is part of why this has been so hard to nail down: explaining to the public that the absence of a document in 1975 means what it means, especially when K can point to a real discharge from 1978, is a hard sell.
Wouldn't it have been better for this to come out on Wednesday? /sarcasm
Quit being a quiter! Lets spread the fire!
God parted the Red Sea, now get moving!
