Speaking of sending it to the House for a vote, did anyone catch that expert on Fox on Sunday afternoon talking about this? I got quickly confused, but it's not just a straight vote as it depends upon the majority of party representation in each state's delegation! If anyone can clarify this it would be apreciated.
