Rush doing his "We all meet at dawn tomorrow...."

Saw this on another thread also. Could someone explain what it means? Unfortunately I don't get to listen to Rush ofter because of his time period here, so I'm unfamiliar with that term. Soneone on the other thread said he used it when he was confident. Is that true? Thanks

He says that before all elections. He uses a deep, commanding voice like he's a General or something, and declares:

"WE MEET AT DAWN TOMORROW"

I think he is just stating we all need to meet at the polls tomorrow morning (in heart) and get it out of the way and on with our day. Don't let anything possibly distract us.
