I am still researching Kerrey's other stupid statement of the decade: Going to war without a plan to win the peace. I have not found a single defensive or offensive war in history, where the dumbest administrators of it suggested working on a "plan for the peace" before knowing who the hell the winner is likely to be. War on a schedule. How quaint!

Here's my plan to "win the peace", Socialefties...

"KILL THE MOFO'S ON THEIR TURF, BEFORE THEY KILL US ON OURS!"
