I went to the rally in Morristown NJ today, with Pataki! I don't care what people say about him, he was great! You can see compassion in his eyes. I saw him stand and console a woman who lost a loved one on 9/11. His face was red and he had tears in his eyes. There were between 500-1000 people there, and about 50-100 protesters on the perimeter. I have pics but need help putting them up in case anyone would want to see them.
He was fantastic today - very casual, very funny and heartfelt when talking about Sept 11 and our national security.
His speech at the convention was fabulous.
Remember:
We're going to win one for the Gipper!
They're going to lose one with the flipper!
LOL
In that speech he also slammed the Clinton administration for not dealing with terrorism. I'm glad to hear the rally you were at today was great.
