As the Canaries are much closer to Britain than they are to the US, and about 20 times closer to the African coast, this "concern" seems a bit misplaced.
I thought the Europeans were supposed to know geography so much better than mere Americans!
Gee didn't the Queen of England just tell us that global warming caused by the US will end all life on earth or similar such rubbish.
